The PADI Divemaster course at Master Divers is a comprehensive professional program designed to transform you into a confident, capable leader. Our curriculum balances rigorous academic study with extensive hands-on experience in the crystal-clear waters of Koh Tao.

Knowledge Development

Your journey begins with PADI Divemaster eLearning, a flexible online platform that builds your foundational expertise. You will dive deep into dive theory, risk management, and the business of diving, while learning how to supervise activities and protect the marine environment. This phase concludes with two final exams and the creation of an Emergency Assistance Plan (EAP), ensuring you are prepared for any scenario.

Water Skills Development

To lead others, you must first master the water yourself. This phase focuses on physical stamina and technical precision through a series of assessments:

• Stamina Exercises: Includes a 400m swim, 800m snorkel, 100m diver tow, and a 15-minute float.

• Skill Mastery: You will complete an equipment exchange exercise, a diver rescue assessment, and a 24-skill demonstration circuit performed at a professional "role-model" level.

Practical Application

This is where your training meets the real world. Through workshops and hands-on scenarios, you will learn the logistics of managing a dive site, mapping, and delivering dive briefings.

• Workshops: You will practice leading ReActivate sessions, skin diving, and assisting with Discover Scuba Diving in both confined and open water.

• Practical Assessments: You will work alongside our instructors to assist real students during Open Water and Continuing Education courses, as well as guiding certified divers.
