Having trained globally with PADI and TDI, he rebuilt the company with a strict "quality over quantity" focus to ensure elite standards in safety and professionalism. Now leading our Career Development Centre, he personally mentors the next generation of dive professionals. Jake: Operations Manager
With nearly five years on Koh Tao, Jake brings a high-level safety background to his role as Operations Manager at Master Divers. His extensive experience as an outdoor adventure instructor trainer and his history training specialized rescue teams ensure that our daily dive operations meet the highest professional standards. Jake’s methodical approach to risk management and student development is a cornerstone of our "quality over quantity" philosophy. He oversees the logistics of our fleet and instructional team, ensuring every diver—from beginner to pro—receives a seamless and safe experience. Johanne: Shop Manager
Johanne is the Shop Manager at Master Divers, where she oversees daily operations and supports both the team and guests to ensure everything runs smoothly and professionally. She focuses on maintaining high safety standards while creating a welcoming and well-organized environment. She also contributes to the shop’s online presence through content creation and communication. Passionate about diving and making it accessible to everyone, She aims to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for all divers.
Stephan is one of the Divemaster Trainers here at Master Divers, on Koh Tao where he has been living and teaching for over three years. He is passionate about both diving and education, combining strong professional standards with a supportive teaching style. Stephan specializes in guiding divemaster candidates through their development, helping them gain confidence and improve their skills step by step. Watching his students progress from their first day to the final stage of their training, and seeing them overcome their fears and limits, is what drives his commitment as an instructor.
