Our UV Night Diving adventure begins at dusk when the ocean starts to change. After a brief introduction to our special UV diving equipment, you'll follow one of our experienced dive leaders on a guided tour. As you descend, the reef comes alive with a mix of bright colors, showing the intricate details of the marine world. The UV light highlights hidden patterns and colors, making the reef and its inhabitants look breathtaking.
Whether you're an experienced diver or new to night diving, our UV Night Diving experience gives you a chance to see the ocean in a whole new way. Every dive is an opportunity to discover something amazing as the ocean's colorful display unfolds before your eyes. The UV night dive is a single dive trip, we usually meet at the dive centre around 5:40pm for a 5:45pm long tail departure to our main dive boat. From here we will venture out to one of our shallower sites to allow for maximum comfort and dive time. We can conduct night dives/UV night dives every other night.
prerequisites
To join this dive, you must be a PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent qualifying certification from another training organisation) and have prior night diving experience. If you have an Open Water qualification but not yet a night dive, then we can arrange a night adventure dive for you before your UV dive.
